advice on a third monitor

i have a dell 8250 and it only holds 2 monitors;video cards. supposedly dell has a "box" that hooks up to a cpu that will hold up to 5 monitors even though the actual computer can only hold 2. anyone here of this? where could i get it as i hate dealing with dell directly,there service is horrible.

The info you have about the number of monitors your 8250 can run is mistaken. If you really want to, you can get 10 monitors on it.
