advice on a stable investment

Hi I'm looking for some type of super stable, liquid, long only investment, (not T bonds) ideally the annual yield is greater than the volatility. Stability is more important than yield. To achieve the stability I'd prefer an arb strategy, but I want long only. Any advice please?

Whats the best equilvant to cash thats traded thru an exchange? It has to be immedaitely tradeable, like instant liquidity. Is it possible to get senior corporate debt thats stable and liquid?

I would say gold or other commodities.

You could say money markets are also super safe.
