Best advice is to not trade. If your week has already been good sit today out!

I totally agree ... esp if fridays have been on more than one occasion days where you gave back profits from that week

Agree with the advice not to trade. Many traders, myself included, have a much worse track record on expiration day than on the other days...so why not make it a long weekend.

If you do trade, a good rule of thumb is to fade any significant move(s).
