Advice for a recent college grad - Global Trading Institute?

Has anyone heard of the Global Trading Institute in Chicago, also known as GTC LLC.

I recently saw one of their job postings in Chicago for traders. They offer a 3 month trial/training period and you trade 100% with the firms money and split profits.

Is anyone familiar with them or have any general advice for a college graduate on how to distinguish the legitimate prop shops from the not so great ones?

if they require 5k, they're nothing more than another prop firms like the rest regardless whether they are posting job openings. if that's the case, u should check out other prop firms that are more credible on the forums
