Advice broker to sell naked call and puts with 2k-3k account.

Please, could you tell me: do you know by your experience any broker that let to sell nakes calls and puts with account balance around $2-3k?

It's dumb as you can put much more of the money to work with spreads and combos. But wtf, right? Open an IB account with $10k and then wire out most of it.

If you trade spreads you'll lever yourself and blow up.
