what Do you exactly mean with "intergrating your trading system with their platform"? As far as I know it is possible to develope own applications against the Pats API. This is of course a way to implement an ATS with Pats technology. Are there other options for integration?

If you have a trading system, their platform can be programmed to trade the system that you have tested or are using on another
platform.
 
I heard Trading Technologies has a way now (or coming soon) that will allow you to integrate your own trading tools to their system.
Do you know anything about this, or how to find out more?

Trading Technologies has a new trading platform that will let you trade all the electronic exchanges. The system is called the
X_Trader Pro. You can go to the their web site www.tradingtechnologies.com to read more about it.
You are welcome to call Advanced Futures, who can put you in touch with a sales manager who can give you a demo and
answer any questions. Their new trading platform will allow you to intergrate your own trading tools to their system.
