Trump's ghost writer, Tony Schwartz, made it clear that Trump was like a child who couldn't focus on anything for any length of time, least of all write a book or even contribute meaningfully to the writing of one. Schwartz was left with picking up little scraps over time that he then had to put through a sausage machine to produce something remotely edible. You really need to read the article that Here4money linked and the one that follows rather than just look for independent phrases that appear to support your contention.

It was hard for me to believe a billionaire was willing to fly everywher to all those rallies multiple times per day. When everyone told him he had no chance.
I learned that that 70 year old could out work and out focus anyone I know at this point in my life.
