Agricultural trader Archer Daniels Midland Co made a takeover approach to rival Bunge Ltd, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
It seems so wrong that they could write this and send this out 10 minutes before the market closed...When major options expired. A lot of people made and lost money because of the timing of this announcement!! I would love to see the SEC take a look at this one...
