Adjunct to the ignore feature...

@Baron How about this feature?

The ability to add a thread to one's own ignore list? Like a "hide this thread" checkbox?

For example, There's a thread that pops up repeatedly in my "most recent posts" tab that was started by a user that has me on ignore, but I click it out of habit because it is highlighted blue and so has new posts.

When I get into the thread, I see the latest post was by the user that has me on ignore, so I see the name but no text, of course.

Could I have the feature where I can simply "hide" that thread from my thread listings?

I click on reply to see what that poster said in his post. But yeah, nice idea you have there.

....then you have to delete the quote.
Imo, a better and quicker way is on your web browser, open in private tab.
But an even better way, just don't bother at all, you won't miss anything of value and you'll save yourself from wasting time.

I would like to know how to block or put someone on ignore that already has me on ignore?

Why did you click on the thread in the first place? FOMO? Isn't that an issue that you should discuss with your psychiatrist?
