ADF on listed stocks?

Did something change starting today (Monday)? I am seeing these ADF quotes all over the place on listed stocks (via Realtick).

I never really noticed this before on listed stocks???

Brut is quoting as ADFN for me, as well as the NASDAQ inside price.

On REDI+ INET & ARCA are printing as ADF just started today too

As of today not seeing ADF anymore now seeing NAQS.
