Adding symbols quickly into IB TWS Watchlist

Hi All,
Is there a quick internal or external way to add symbols quickly into an IB TWS Watchlist? I want to ideally be able to do something similar to a Tradestation quote window but some other easy method would be appreciated.
Basically I want to add or remove one or more symbols based on what I see on my intraday scanner.

Jeez, man -- there's got to be a dozen different ways.
But it's Friday night.

Wait til Sunday night, wake up yer ol' TWS, and click around a bit.
They'll all come out of the screen at you like they're moths and you're a lantern.

SYM,ADBE,SMART/ARCA

Paste that into notepad. Save as a list.csv. Open in Excel or Openoffice. Copy column A and C down. Add your symbols to column B, delete any superfluous lines, import to your watchlist.

Edit: and to answer your follow up question, it's data->transpose in Excel, or paste special->transpose in open office

Thanks. I am aware of typing a single symbol and importing a CSV file but wanted something faster and editable quickly.
