The little box next to the clock in the portfolio window won't allow a click and neither will the box for allowing trading outside regular trading hours in the order page. The desired sell stop is on the e-mini, ES. Help?

Could it be that IB has not defined "regular trading hours" for ES? In that case it depends on you what times you consider "regular".
Well when I place the stop at about 10 pm pt it tells me it’s not executable until 8:30 am ct. how do I get it to execute if needed in the early morning hours?
