They should get a fair trial which should last no more than 30 days and if found guilty be executed within 24 hours. What will happen is a trial that will take years, followed by decades of appeals.

1) i wouldn't call it 'ordinary'. And the media isn't govt, here.

2) No, if they are an American, then they have a right to a trial. If they are not, then they don't share our rights, they came here to attack us, and I don't give a fuck what happens to them as long as they end up dead.
