There's absolutley no predictive value in technical analysis or indicators

I think using the word "predict" is what makes the above statement true. However, I do not agree with the theme of the statement. Proper use of TA can help you define 100% mechanical setups that will provide you with probabilities.

How you trade these probabilities is a different matter altogether.

dkny, make sure you use 10 or 5 min. You may not see any divergence with a 60 min or it will be too late. I like the 10 min charts best

Of these bulls sites, I have been using longbull.com. Although they should rename it to shortbear since their short trades have made more than the long ones.

The past three years were a market for short. You were either a short seller or out of the market. Longs got slaughtered during the past couple of years. Now is a good time to go long again.

Wouldn't this depend on your timeframe? Plenty of money to be made going long and short these past 3 years...
