No exchange fees are additional fees. For non-pros CME charges $1.00/exchange, and for pros $85.00/exchange per month.

Please build a Ninjatrader bridge. You will get a ton of market share from DTN IQFeed / Kinetic.

And, serve a lot more customers until you get your multi-broker integration expanded.
