Acorn sues video creators

You can bet they are doing this to serve as a deterrent / scare tactic to avoid future undercover busts. Just further proves their criminal ways.
 
good, it will only give ACORN more bad publicity and make them look like the commie thugs that they are

if it's a one party recording state, acorn is screwed, and a lot of people will come to the aid of the exposers
 
Gotta love the ghetto, douche bag mentality of the criminals at Acorn. Their frivolous case will be laughed out of court very soon. It's not like Acorn will recover any money damages. All there trying to do now is play the race/sympathy/we were set up cards. All of which will not work, as they have been exposed as the degenerate criminal organization we all knew they were. :p

That's "change within the system".... they lawyer up and SLAPP [Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation] people around... the ACLU SLAPPs school boards all the time, with lawsuits they cannot win btw!! So they are bullies essentially, they know they can't win going in but they also know that nobody will fight them most likely... They threaten to sue, the schoolboard doesn't have the resources, the schoolboard changes it's curriculum.. altogether, the left is a mob of godless bastards running roughshod over the little guys...
