Interesting how it is generally agreed that the NSA has a copy of all emails in the United States - coming and going, yet hillary's emails cannot be found. She got an order from the Committee to preserve them, then the following week 35,000 were deleted. Damn, that is convenient timing.
Did Comey ask the NSA for a copy of her emails or seek a warrant for them? Last I heard he didnt even get access to laptops, and other hardware etc of hers and her entourage? He would have to get a warrant from a regular federal Article 3 Court rather than a FISA court but it is do-able if he wanted. Big if there.
