Acer 24" Any good for trading ES?

If you are planning to trade every low end nvidia or ati card with DVI is going to be fine.

Still $100 more than Acer. Is Dell that much better than Acer?
Also, with Dell I would have to pay sales tax, which brings the price up another $50 for a total difference of $150 which in turn would bring me to Acer 26 inch monitor pricing. Dilemmas dilemmas

most of the Dell LCD are made by Benq.
Benq and Acer are the same company.

Therefore getting Acer over Dell would provide me with the same quality monitor for roughly $150 less.

I did some calculations and after placing all the necessary info on monitor, 22" was a tad too small for me. Believe it or not that extra 2 inches made a significant difference.

when shopping for a LCD, we look at a few purchase criteria:

- size
- LCD quality
- warranty
- raw price


We should also look at:

- sq inch per dollar (diagonal can be misleading)
- pixel per dollar


you will find that the "larger" LCDs are not expensive at all.

I have an Acer 19" and it is terrible. My Samsung 191T's on the other hand are great monitors. I will buy Samsung next time and shun Acer. Samsung make a 24" available from Amazon.
