Make up your own. I used a similar system before i checked out the ACD way. Striking similarities.....
for the ES i use +6 ticks or -6 ticks either side of the open print of the SP500 pit trade session.
The morning goal is to catch the move off the open in looking for those one-way days. The early moves are tricky, so a systematic approach is almost a necessity, or else one is just throwing a dart at a ghost.......
