Does that mean anything else is purely and strictly for locals?

Also there're many opened to so called QFII、RQFII investors.

So QFII/ QRFII basically can trade all futures and most of options in China derivatives market.

And for firms registered in China ,such as Wholly Foreign Owned, they can trade them all.
