It is for sending orders from within esignal to TD ameritrade.

i'm shocked that esignal would offer such because they are a very slow negligible delayed feed compared side by side with other main stream real time feeds. but everyone has to find their own way and esignal is still in business all these years but not growing much, maybe that's a sign.

Version 12 of esignal software is very easy to use and very slick. You can link multiple windows of different time periods for the same instrument that pops up on the scanner. Not sure about the speed of the data.
