About that so called 'birth announcement'

Quote from Aletheia:

2. It's widely believed the halfrican traveled throughout the middle east, Pakistan in particular, on an Indonesian passport. If this is the case, he would have been required to hold Indonesian citizenship, which would automatically disqualify him from being POTUS.

Claims about travel to Pakistan using a non-US passport

Others suggest that Obama could not be a natural born citizen because he traveled to Pakistan at a time when there was a ban on United States passport holders entering that country, which means he must have traveled using a non-US passport. The OC Weekly comments that these assertions are not true:

The Pakistan "travel ban" is a complete fabrication based on zero evidence and completely contradicted by State Department records and a 1981 New York Times article.[42] [43] [44]

By now, there probably isn't anyone in the civilized world who hasn't heard about the 'contemporaneous birth announcement' placed in the Honolulu Advertiser shortly after Barry's birth. Annenberg Political FactCheck.org sited this information as part of its so-called proof of Barry's eligibility.

With very little digging, I've found something you may find of interest relating to that announcement. Annenberg did no independent check of this so-called fact. They lifted the picture of the birth announcement from a little known blog. They admit to this in their footnotes. The blog is http://texasdarlin.wordpress.com/,
which is a liberal blog that spins for Obama these days.

According to another commentator at

the picture of the birth announcement is no longer available.

Oh, my!

A birth notice for Barack Obama was published in both the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulletin on August 13 and August 14, 1961 respectively, listing the home address of Obama's parents as 6085 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu.[16][34] On August 3, 2009, in response to the growing controversy, the Advertiser posted on its Web site a screenshot of the announcement taken from its microfilmed archives. Such notices were sent to newspapers routinely by the Hawaii Department of Health.[34]

In a scathing editorial published on July 29, 2009, the Star-Bulletin pointed out that both newspapers' vital-statistics columns are available on microfilm in the main state library. "Were the state Department of Health and Obama's parents really in cahoots to give false information to the newspapers, perhaps intending to clear the way for the baby to someday be elected president of the United States?" the newspaper asked sarcastically.[35]

5. The halfrican's daddy was a Kenyan under british rule and was never a US citizen. By law, the halfrican's daddy would have passed British citizenship onto his son. Furthermore, his mammy did not meet the requirements at the time of his birth to transfer US citizenship to her offspring.

if you are born on US soil, you are a natural born US citizen

When 2 Mexican illegal immigrants have a child in a California hospital, that child is a natural born US citizen

really - care to cite case law.

The state of hawaii wouldn't lie no more than the state of ohio would do illegal checks on joe the plumber for obama.

Nah, it wouldn't happen.

I'm not a birther but you have a lot of growing up to do.

1. Provide a verifiable source that legally defines natural born citizen in the scenario you described and the offsprings eligibility to hold office of POTUS.

2. In the scenario you describe, would the child be legally entitled to dual citizenship, and if so, can a person entitled to dual citizenship be POTUS under the letter of the law?

3. Setting aside party line differences, as US citizens, why should we the people as a whole, not hold candidates for POTUS to the same standards as those who will serve under him/her?

You need professional help, as in intensive psychiatric treatment.

I am not even exaggerating.

Assuming the information you provided is correct regarding the aforementioned travel ban, and said ban was actually a travel advisory, I stand corrected on that matter. Thank you for the clarification.

Nonetheless, there is no known record of the halfrican having ever held a US passport until after he became a US senator and was issued a diplomatic passport by default. So once again, I ask you how did he enter Pakistan during the 1980's and what country of origin passport did he use to do so? Note that the halfrican or his handlers has never refuted he entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport as is suspected.
