About Pfizer;

Any experienced old gun in the forum that could share his thought on the price action of Pfizer lately ?

What kind of money has this pinned down, the paper been crawling ever since the news came out. Whoever is shorting taking the risk and so the long side but how do you interpret the story ?

I don't think Buffet saying to Icahn "You pin this down here and I will hold it until we figure out something " Funds,Banks,Investors and the whole world has this paper on watch and most likely in portfolio, not just American investors but there are British,Germans,Arabs,Russians,Indians,Chinese and much more holding the paper so it can't be one or two funds crawling the price here. How long you think this show continues ?
 
My understanding is that at least in part there was a fairly large outflow from Pfizer and Moderna over the last few weeks after a piling in going into a vaccine coming out. Now the money is looking for other places to put the money with the idea that some of the companies that have been held back or crushed by Covid will be soon making money again and returning to old values.
Can't say I am happy, I have had a position in Pfizer in an IRA for a long time with dividends reinvesting and it is a dog overall beyond the dividend reinvest. I should have bailed the hell out when it got to the 40's this last time, but wasn't paying attention to it at the time.

Once that 40 (In this special occasion) hit you expect a move to at least 80$ with the worldsaver news behind it. I held on to my shares too. Company has solid fundementals, one of the best performing company in the world but the paper crawling here like a snake. I am looking at Roche,Novartis,Merck,Sanofi on one side and this dog got everything to push through 70's
 
Daily chart looking bearish as hell right now. Isn't it wonderful how Covid #s magically started dropping after Biden took office? At this rate a vaccine wont even be necessary.

EDIT: bought 50 put contracts...be real cool if everyone dumped their shares so a could treat my wife and her boyfriend to a nice meal. thanks.

Mate had that vaccine, 4 weeks ago, currently testing positive and got symptoms for covid, really works well LOL

Better than the Oxford vaccine, OAP's can't take that, just like the Covid, loads of deaths locally in care homes after that got handed out, no deaths after the Pfizer placebo.

Likely explains Bearish, smart money knows it doesn't really work!
