about Division 2 of Wyckoff TR course

when i read Wyckoff book - method of traiding and investing in stock , i have found sentence = ( in fully explained in "Tape Reading and Active Trading" — Division 2 of this Course).
What is Division 2 of this Course? i dont find it in original book.
