Academic types are good for stacking information in the library....

But only tough, street smart players should be allowed to actually use the information in public....in the real world....

The govt. stacks up money ..... versus being a little kinder to its own....

Human rights versus money .....

Sometimes conflicting objectives remains a big question ?

ie a kind dying mother in an emergency Chinese hospital room is denied because cannot present $10.....

But because of ie humane denials the govt. is stronger for the majority ?....
