Not true actually. There was an initial posted buy imbalance of 8,101,300 shares that dropped to 6,716,400 shares after the remix.

Well fuck me,I took a hit on this trade earlier today after a few good ones in ABK before. I didn't like the dilution deal after being burned on one of those before.
