ability to view cash market data

for any traders out there not working in a shop.... is there a way to view what is going on in the cash/otc markets?

Is ICE the only way to see this? Are individuals able to use the ICE trading platform? For view only or for actually trading (using a clearing house?)
 
platts and bloomberg. (you can even see the crack and spark spreads live on those pltaforms, natural gas Hub trading like waha and t 6 etc)

not sure, but i think that you can see some ICE cash data on futuresource.
