I believe there is a 1000 page bill going around in the house, nothing in the senate yet but this IS obama care. He doesnt want to construct the bill, he just wants to give general guidelines and have congress figure it out.
No way on this planet in this universe or in the next that anything close to the House nonsense even comes close to passing into law.

I think the fundamental problem is this:
Obama has a chance to make some very productive changes to the system that would greatly improve things.
Instead he wants to turn the whole thing on its back.
For example, anybody in any state should be able to shop for insurance nationwide just like auto insurance.
Fix this big problem and that would be a huge step in the right direction.
