S stock_trad3r Aug 6, 2009 #9 this is like 2003, 1982, 1991, 1982 , 1975 all over again. Recession & bear market tend to be very brief. Once the economy picks up it's hard to stop until the interest rate cycle peaks again. Since rates are at zero that wont be for a loooong time.
