you need to learn to read. as an anarchocapitalist and free market proponent, i find your allegations, based on my post, outrageous and moronic. my post was stating fact, not opinions. where did i say that i agreed with the regulations ?? the FACT is bending of the current hedge fund regulations is leading to more and stiffer regulations. what part of that do you not understand ??

That you can continue to pump this guy, and rationalize 4 losing months in a row......on a "technical system", down 38% in those 4 months thus far is odd.

He will have to gain over 50% just to break even for the year. And if I read his fee structure correctly, gains at this point, even from the low level mark, are such that he can participate in the profits....further eroding the chance for investors to recover. This is a total losing situation for an investor who came in at the first of the year, based on someone pumping 97% returns the previous year.

Could he do it? Hell, I don't know, but any system that depends on a return of greater than 50% just to break even is a loser system.

Obviously, you don't know shit about money management, or you wouldn't defend him the way you do.

His track record is a disaster at this point. I have seen it time and time again when I was in the managed futures business.

Schindler is a hack.

Ya, no regulation in the financial industry, great idea. No compliance, no suitability.

You are a fool. Schindler is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

You have never been on the wrong end of a lawsuit by a disgruntled investor, who wasn't properly educated, and determined suitable for risk.

I guarantee you, if due diligence was not done and strict compliance with commodity pools and risk disclosure wasn't performed, Schindler is in a heap of trouble.

More troubling will be when the investors in his fund realize how much of their money went to fees and commissions.

Down 38% is odd? Says you again! I didn't know you knew the parameters of his system and if that was within its range of volatility.

May be a good time to start an investment at schindler fund!!!

When you have an equity curve with a positive expectancy its a good idea to add or start below the linear regression line.

30% DD when you can trade 90% a year is 3:1 still an amazing Risk Reward for a hedge fund.
