Apple announced on Thursday that it is building a new $1 billion campus in Austin, Texas. Apple said the new campus will span 133 acres, and house an initial 5,000 employees, with the potential to expand to 15,000 staff. The Austin campus is part of a more general push to expand in the US. Apple also announced that over the next three years, it will be adding employees each to its sites in Seattle, San Diego, and Culver City, Pittsburgh, New York, Boulder, Boston, and Portland, Oregon. Halted on news pending.
Uh-oh. Might be good, might be bad.
Maybe they finally decided to buy Ford like I said 2 years ago.

Edit: cutting guidance.
Wake up the bear.

...
Apple will be higher by Feb 1 barring other BS.

Hehe Vanz, they didn't listen to you, and bar other BS.

Of course, that could be an insider play...This could have been a forecast to drive price down, when those AAPL crooks can feel it that their REAL numbers will be much better than their own projections. So much falderal. Elon Musk anyone?

Apple Bans

Qualcomm's patent assault on Apple last month led a Munich court to order the removal, for now, of iPhone 7 and 8 models from store shelves in Germany. Qualcomm has paid the necessary bond now, so the ban goes ahead. Meanwhile in China, the "Anti-Infringement and Anti-Counterfeit Innovation Strategic Alliance" is urging Apple to respect a similar ban. BBC
