My gut tells me it is, and I am very tempted to short it. However, my gut told me NFLX overshot a couple of days ago, and it instead continued to rise, so .....

Downside today before ER can test the levels $117.17 & $116.74. It will comfortably beat the ER however the guidance will be key.

At some point, they are going to buy someone big. They almost have to. And I don't see an announcement along these lines making the stock rise. It will most certainly fall.
