AAPL

Earnings are down, revenue is down sales numbers are down. However, because somebody set expectation low, the expectation were beaten and the crowd run to buy. For a year AAPL was failing to hold the gain. We will see whether it will be able to do it now.

We had very strong increase in volume this morning. Volume is 2-side transaction, for each buyer there was a seller. After more than 7% gap (thanks to yesterday's after market trading) a lot of Buyer jumped into the AAPL. However, they were not able to push this stock higher. They run into big wave of sellers - that is why we had strong increase in volume.

Because of the AAPL S&P 500 and DJI were positive at the market open. Now these indexes are in red. It is going to be difficult for the AAPL to hold the gain if the main indexes (market) continue sliding. Les see how it develops. If FED cheer the investors at 2 pm it may help AAPL to stay above $100
 
I believe semi stocks are sell now. For example ADI paid a hefty price to but LLTC which will take years to get out even. ADI bonds are downgraded by moody because of that. I expect a big pull back on ADI stock in a week. AAPL future will depend on it pending product and market.

Interesting...are you selling puts then?
 
AAPL failed to move up when the indexes were making new highs. When the market (S&P 500) starst declining and could be heavy for the AAPL. And S&P 500 with DJI do not look good at this moment.

Bought 10 puts - 2016 Sep 16 100.00 at $1.80
