As far as I know,there are 3 "things" you can do to shift the odds in your favor..
1) manage stress..and smile
Life isn't a dress rehearsal.Findxa passion and dream."Dreams are what makes life tolerable"
2) eat well, i.e lots of Veggie, predominantly plant based and stay the fook away from sugar..
3) Exercise ..strength train and cardio..Move..Don't stay still for more than one hour at a clip.
