Icahn as of late does not have much success bullying large cap co's. I bet he wishes he waited until after earnings to add to his position.
 
I agree with the comments that Icahn cannot really have much influence on Apple. He’s still a relatively small fish in the pond. While it may seem like a lot to the average guy he still doesn’t really have that much of an impact on the board. Cook can easily keep being CEO without Icahn’s support.
