According to Nasdaq's website, trading in AA resumed at 16:35:23. ARCA had a bunch of prints as early as 16:35:00. Is one ecn allowed to execute trades that early on a listed stock? My broker called arca, and they told him the trades prior to the official resumption time were good. I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of trades like that being busted later on.
