My God! I was a Trooper with a State Police agency years ago, and paid my way through college at that time. NEVER have I seen nor heard of this kind of illness back then. Something is badly wrong with America today, we know. However, something's insanely wrong with this out of control department. This is a CLEAR violation of the Constitution, and these people not only have a financial (punitive), claim against these sick bastards, they have numerous federal criminal charges they should press.
