A way to " Pre-Set " a certain time to have trades Entered/Executed ???

Good Afternoon,
Is there a way to set a specific time and date to have my trades Automatically entered for me .... based on the Parameters I have set for each specific trade ....... whether I'm wanting to go Long or Short, What Price I want to enter the Market at / if it's a Market or a Limit Order, Where I want my Stop to go as well as if I want it to Trail the trade or not, Any Profit Target(s) I want to take Profits at , etc.

Just curious if this could be done with NinjaTrader 8 or any other recommended Platform(s) ?

Yes, it could be done via R Trader. You Can specificity time and date of entry.

A surprising shortcoming of this otherwise-fine TT platform is that it doesn't offer a method of verifying the parameters (such as Offset, Start Time, End Time, etc.) of pending orders (like TT Timed and TT Trailing Limit) after they have been set.
