That's not a bearish sign at all -- companies, specially boutique companies/brands, come and go, 
This kind of makes me think of the recent closure of Carnegie Deli.

Half of Palm Beach can just go shopping at the Cartier shops on 5th or the Madison Ave store while they are at their NYC residences.
probably, the big Wig's entourage has camped in town every weekend... nobody can do much of business.
