It is a conservative, non-partisan site that focuses on the abuse of law and corruption in politics. It was equally critical of the Bush administration. The OP lists Republicans as well as Democrats both in the top 10 and the honorable mention list.

You can tell yourself it is a right wing website if that allows you to close your eyes and ignore it - that is your choice.

But if it were me, I'd opt to argue what is presented rather than simply dismiss it as "right wing". Can you do that? Are things in the above article false?
