imho everything works in right hands
it's not a matter of what tool of TA is mentioned
it's a matter of a proper method of using it in a proper circumstances
lets say I am not a handy man, so give me a sack of tools and tell to built a house --- i can't
but the really handy man will built is with just an ax (200 dma) ...
the blue print to building a trading method is a specific definition of the trend !
it may be incorrect definition --- then you 'll lose money
but you'll never make money (with satisfying degree of consistency) without it
