Some guy got ~15 or smthn (?). While he was in the prison, she even wrote a best selling story about, how to recover after such events. Then it turns out that it was but a lie.

after a date with the lovely lady. That's too long to suffer for a

Depends on the judge/state as well. If you find yourself in a blue state, with a left leaning female judge - bad luck.
