Is it just me or does it seem like we have "500-year" weather events, once every 8 years?
The statistical distribution has changed. After Harvey, insurance companies will probably double their flood insurance rates to live near the sea. The sad part is that these people can't even afford the current rates and many had complete devastating loses.
