This is why I stopped debating these idiots. Once they get to the point where they run out of arguments, they either take off, change the subject, or launch personal attacks, which means that the entire debate was a waste of time.

People like Max are simply defective and not worth the bother. I usually just skip their posts since they have no content.

No, I don't think two posts on a topic is "obsession". Certainly one on, say, Judy Garland, is not. But forty or so on the guy who posted that one is probably obsession. ; )
