A real profitable Trading Room with ALERTS??????

Quote from Tcbjx9:

Hey gents,

I've recently switched to trading futures because of various issues (lower account size required mostly) and I'm searching for a good educational trading room that has buy and sell alerts as well as helpful friendly users.

I would like to find one with the follow attributes:

-Friendly helpful moderators
-A postedproven track record with win rate of atleast 77%
-Audited by Futures Truth or a respectable organization
-20% Return on my money per week
-Also if it were free on PalTalk or HotComm that would be preferred. IMO a service that charges must be scam artists
-Live audio from the amin (can't read that fast)

I've seen a lot of talk on services on this place (UT, TTM, PureTick, DTT, Woodies) So it seems you guys have tried most of them and that could be an expensive road for me. I know some of you guys can help me out!

Mucho Thanks!! -tcb

Well, our trading room meets all of your criteria except that our win rate is only 73%, not 77%. Guess you'll have to keep looking. Good luck.

Is Investing Vue good?

Seems like a straight up vendor with nothing fishy to hide..... posts his trades for everyone to see.

Any thoughts?

He is naive, makes questionable claims, wild assertions, and likely fabrications.

Those are his good points.

If I found a paper trader that made 95% profitable calls. I'd just take his calls in cash. Why do I care if he makes no money while I reap in the profits?

You are taking his calls- why don't you post your cash account p&l?

What you are looking for is only available in your dreams.

Unsuccessful traders teach, they do not trade.

Successful traders do not teach, they trade.

btw: no charge for the above information.

I disagree with that blanket statement. I'll agree that it applies in general but I do know some very successful traders who after a decade or so of success have taken in newbies and showed them the ropes with no strings attached. For most people, money is the most important but it's not the only thing.

Someone who is good at trading has no need whatsoever to charge for advice. It is simply a waste of time. It is so boring listening to spammers trying to sell snake oil. I have worked for some of the most "famous" stock traders in the world, programming systems, and doing market research. Bottom line is this. You cannot buy the grail. These self proclaimed experts were best selling authors and considered top traders. They could not trade to save their lives. They made all their money selling products. Their hedge funds could not turn a profit. Paper trading has nothing to do with trading real money . In my experience the best traders are at home in their boxer shorts living as recluses, not wearing ties, and keeping to themselves.
When you take money from the market, you are exploiting inefficiencies, to give away that edge is to loose it!!!! You cannot buy the dream you must become it for yourself. As long as you believe that someone can give the grail, their is certainly someone who believes they can sell it to you. enough already.

Hmm that doesn't make sense.

The market is the market. Even on the simulator.

I know a very respected equities trader with multiple books who paper trades for his room of 50 or so users. It allows him to keep emotions out of it and see the setups a lot more clearly. I watch Alex trade his cash account along side the room and sometimes it can get hectic. Of course I lack the focus he has.

So you admit you know paper traders who tout their business as real money traders. As they say birds of a feather flock together. Though even PT arent as bad as some out there

stayaway from www.millennium-traders.com Biggest scam ever.

Yep they make PT look respectible and honest by comparison. I went to a recent Ninja webinar and saw them do there spiel they looked dodgy but when you study there track record that is where it really shows what skanks they are. You start to see every exit of their 'Track record' is at the swing high or low of a move imagine that getting the exact bottom or top EVERY TIME. As long as a move goes 4 ticks in their favour they record this as a win even if it goes straight against them 30 points after that. If you ask them they state they dont post their exits yet they use swing highs and lows for their sham track record which is something you cant accuse PT of of.
