A Preview of 2024: Republicans Get spanked Across the Country

The 2023 election has been viewed as a preview of the 2024 election. Especially with abortion thrown into the ...plus the legal cases against the MAGA sect.

Well, the Republicans cannot be very happy with how things are looking this morning. Thee GOP lost the Kentucky governor's race, lost the Virginia state legislature, saw Issue 1 allowing abortion pass in Ohio, saw a pro-abortion state supreme court judge elected in Pennsylvania and Republicans lost numerous other races nationwide.

The voters basically told the Republicans to go to hell again, again, and again.

I'm just waiting for some MAGA clowns to show up crying election fraud and demanding "audits".
 
As usual.....Dotard was quick to find someone to blame. Trough out his one term presidency , all of his failures were someone else's fault.

Less than 24 hours ago, CNN.com published a story titled "Trump's team has eyes on Kentucky governor's race," as they hoped that a victory for the race's Trump-endorsed candidate would mean more evidence of his political clout.

But the following morning, Donald Trump was bashing GOP Attorney General Daniel Cameron as a shill of Mitch McConnell after he went down in defeat to Gov. Andy Beshear.

"Daniel Cameron lost because he couldn’t alleviate the stench of Mitch McConnell. I told him early that’s a big burden to overcome. McConnell and Romney are Kryptonite for Republican Candidates. I moved him up 25 Points, but the McConnell relationship was 'too much to bear,'" Trump posted.


Trump began complaining that he was “very disappointed in Mitch,” as early as 2017, when Trump's attempt to repeal Obamacare failed the GOP-led Senate.

“Mitch is a dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack, and if Republican Senators are going to stay with him, they will not win again,” Trump said in a Feb. 2021 statement from his PAC.
 
If we ignore the polls and focus on elections, the biggest story in American politics is this: Republicans are on a six-year losing streak, dragged down by their extremist policies, authoritarianism, & embrace of Trump. That is the objective reality.
