A new trader needs some help !

I am having a hell of a time getting set up with a broker and software. Years ago I traded with trade-station and multicharts and nothing was this hard.

I filled out paper work with AMP on Thursday and have heard nothing. I opened an account with IB and did a small funding. Account is open but cant get data to feed over to multi charts.

My intention is to auto trade via chart signals an algorithm I am coding in C# can anyone give me some advice and what broker and data feed to get so I can start sim trading and see if thinks work.

NinjaTrader is an all-in-one solution. Not sure how well their stuff works with C# though, as their platform uses what they call "NinjaScript".

Contact AMP directly if you want an explanation ...
 
I would not use auto trading at the beginning of work. To begin with, I would advise you to learn how to work manually, and then already start working with auto trading.
