A modest proposal for the border.

Congress passes a law that says republicans are allowed to cast the vote for each immigrant in their town.
All of a sudden the entire democrat party will be for border security and Obama will talking about saving money by flying each person back to their home country without a hearing.

Allow them to all "immigrate" to the upscale hoods where any dem or republican who refuses to build a fence lives...and include the heads of the chamber of commerce and the ceo's of the businesses that want amnesty for illegals. Fence will be up and illegal deportations underway tomorrow.
