A majority of millennials now reject capitalism, poll shows

Or it's because they don't have any capital, don't expect to ever have any capital, and believe that even if they did have capital there would be no good place to invest it.

There wouldn't BE any "wealth to be redistributed" had there not been capitalism in America. And once it's "all leveled out", America will be like Soviet Russia... nobody will have anything (except the political elites... dictating policy and living high off the hog) and the hoi polloi will be cuing up for their ration of potatoes and toilet paper.

Is that what America is all about now?

:(

How do they think their parents got the money to buy the house where they are still living?

Don't those dumbfucks realize ANYTHING? If it weren't for the success of capitalism, there wouldn't BE any wealth to be redistributed, Socialism style. And once the "redistribution" has been "leveled out", there won't be anything other than EVERYBODY POOR EXCEPT THE CONTROLLING ELITES!

FUCK THAT!!!!!!!!

That's Leftism. History is rife with examples.

:(

I think you guys need to come out to California for a few days.

Even in our wealthy neighborhoods the amount of kids whose parents are not born in America is staggering. Its a different culture - a different time.
The girls look different... mostly dress differently. They have really big shoulders from carry around massive back packs... Many are hunched a bit. My sons high school experience is and will be far different than mine.

Most of the kids don't even listen to rock and roll in high school. I never hear about parties with friends playing music. My kids friends don't know Pearl Jam or Foo Fighters or Rise Against or any more recent rock or alt rock bands... I was lucky my kids started to lock the Foo Fighters when they were on the radio in my car... while driving to sports. Since they liked I decided to like them more. Now I am a big fan.

its a different world out there... not like the times we grew up in. Its not surprising this generation is into socialists. We have so many recent immigrants... (80 million when you include anchor babies) Many families have been on govt give away programs for a generation or two.

Do you see how many people pay for groceries on the lines in front of you with food stamps?

We just have to hope that if we can stop immigration now...
Within a generation we may snap back.

I have very enjoyable political conversation with business owners or law enforcement or high earning mexican americans at kids sporting events.

many are more outspoken than I am about taxes and liberals ruining the country.
There is hope for our kids if we stop immigration from third world countries while we get our govt back.

What does your kids music taste have to do with it?
Kids in 90s listened to Nirvana and maybe Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam, not Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Time moves on, are you surprised about this? Do you know the bands your kids listen to?

America is built by immigrants so it's funny you point out the obvious. Most of the country was a campsite only 200 years ago so everyone has been in the country for very few generations.

Why anyone who isn't a nut would spend fifty grand a year to send their kid to a so called top school is beyond me. They must be dumber than the kid they're sending there.
