A majority of Americans want pot legalized

The libertarians stance has always been drug decriminalization. I had a hard time with that part in the past. Could be worth a try, but the fear is crime would skyrocket. The end result could cause more problems than it solves.

Seriously though, this is such a no brainer. Pot being illegal in the 21st century is a total anachronism.

Why is alcoholism considered a health/medical problem and drug addiction a criminal problem?They are both the same and should be treated the same.
